Many of them facing the quiet leafy court-yard, others provide double-glass windows and are facing Bayerstrasse. Most of those are equipped with air-conditioning (extra-charge).

Larger than most standard rooms with ensuite shower / toilet plus more comfort:

Most of them newly renovated. Facing the bright, leafy and quiet courtyard. Comfortably equipped with private shower and toilet, free WIFI and LAN connection, flatscreen IP-TV/Radio with 80 english and other channels, some of which in HD-quality), phone with answering-machine, hair-dryer.

In addition to the above standards they supply of electronical security-boxes, USB-Dockingstation, LED-Lighting (some with changing-colours).

Most of them with air-conditioning and two bath-rooms (one for the shower, one for the toilet).

These rooms are very basic with only a wash-basin in the room. Toilet and shower are to be shared on the corridor with up to six other rooms.

Rooms with a shower only

Very basic with only a wash-basin and shower in the room. Toilet is to be shared on the corridor with up to six other rooms.

Children:

Baby cots and high-chairs can be arranged on request. Of course there is plenty of space for buggies as well.

Our double rooms with shower, toilet and adjoining doors are especially popular with families.

Most of these rooms are quietly located and equipped with generous sized closets, security boxes, towel warmers, big washstands and separated, but in the room, toilets. Our rooms are decorated in soft colors and offer good lighting.

Of course darkening is possible too.

All rooms can be reached by an elevator.

Some of them have recently been totally renovated and have air-conditioning!
